Great experience in every way and the staff here is wonderful and extremely helpful.
Incredibly helpful and friendly staff! They even fit me in last minute for an emergency pair of contacts.
Had an eye visit in December 2025 it is now June 2026 still dont have my daughter's glasses! They have had them back for a couple weeks now, but they are never opened! In parking lot now, website says open! closing soon at 5:00! But they are already closed!!!!! 3rd trip here in those couple weeks, because website says opened! Hard to reach them on phone as well! Will change eye Doctors!
I had a great experience here the entire staff was great and listened to my concerns. The Dr is only in on Mondays and Fridays due to having a second office in Columbia.They got me in pretty quick since I had broken my glasses and had to get a new exam. They have a large selection of glasses. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for great eye care products and Doctor Pockl is great.
I’m not a patient but by looking at these reviews. I decided I’m definitely going to stay away. And by looking at these hours tells me a lot without the reviews.
