I am so grateful to Santee Cooper in Myrtle Beach but especially Felicia, the customer service representative who helped me and went well above and beyond to ensure that I got my power restored. After coming off 2020, such a tough year for all of us, Felicia not only pointed me in the direction but made sure I was connected to someone at a non profit organization that assists with bills to those in need.
