I came in after speaking with Klutch and everyone was friendly. I was heard about what I wanted and didn’t want. Two other gentlemen worked with us as well and it felt like we were all friends. Naturally we did a little haggling but I left in a brand new SUV and I couldn’t be more pleased.
I have never been to this dealership. But the 20 or 30 calls a day and leaving me voicemails consistently about vehicles I have never inquired about is a little too much. Plus, this dealership is way to far for me to look for a new car. Please have your people stop calling me cause I am not interested in buying a car from your dealership.
Went for my 10K service. They only rotated FOUR tires. NO MORE 5 TIRE ROTATION? Sad that customer service is going DOWN, not up. No car wash, no vacuum. Nothing done right. My vehicle inspection report. LMAO Says they checked my front wipers, yeah, they removed the clip from the driver's side, almost flew off on my way home. Says they checked my REAR WINDSHIELD WIPERS. Went for my 10 k oil and tire rotation. Only rotated FOUR TIRES, NOT FIVE. WHY DOES SERVICE KEEP GETTING WORSE YET YOUR PRICES GO UP???? Also, says he filled my washer fluid. WRONG. I DID IT MYSELF THE DAY BEFORE. He says he checked my rear windshield wiper.....I DONT HAVE ONE. Says they checked my spare, then why did water come out of the cover when I got it back?
