We have been waiting months to get a response. They finally responded. Then they sold us a product that didn’t fit. So I emailed and called them. The response was to send me a YouTube video that was completely irrelevant to the issue we had with their product. So, as one of the reviewers stated, if I could give them less than a zero, I would.
If I could give zero I would. I purchased these products at pacific sales because sales person raved about them. Honestly I think they got paid to do so because these products are garbage!! You can not use cleaning products on these EVWN though they are in bathroom!! You have to use windex or viniger. WTH!! They are absolutely horrible they discolor and have issues.
