We have owned Santec shower fixtures for over nine years. The product and engineering are quality. I am writing today to tell you about the customer support that I received from Santec: Excellence! We had self inflicted damage to the hand shower slide bar mounting bracket, where water penetrated the housing (due to our improper sealing) and rusted out the mounting bracket. Excellent customer support! I needed a hard-to-find part for an older Santec faucet. The service team was responsive, helped me identify exactly what I needed, and made the replacement process easy and fast. It’s great to see a company stand behind their products years later.
Actually - ZERO stars cartridge failed much sooner than reasonable. Impossible to contact a human at this place. No response to multiple emails (via form on their website) No response to multiple voicemails left. Cartridge store link on their website lists only faucet cartridges. What a bunch of crap. DON'T BUY THEIR PRODUCTS, I'm sure sorry I did.
We have been waiting months to get a response. They finally responded. Then they sold us a product that didn’t fit. So I emailed and called them. The response was to send me a YouTube video that was completely irrelevant to the issue we had with their product. So, as one of the reviewers stated, if I could give them less than a zero, I would.
