The lady who answered the phone was so rude
Seriously rude operators! Honestly I have no idea how these people stay in business parading around as the arbiter of people’s insurance premiums making it impossible for patients to see competent providers and having absolutely no customer service. I hope they get sued until they have to shut down.
Absolutely NO RESPECTFUL doctors take this insurance. When calling SANTE PHYSICIANS IPA MEDICAL Corp. they just transfer you from one automated message to the next. When you finally get a person on the line and they ask how they can help, without answering you will transfer you to another automated message. This went on for over 15 minutes with 0 help. AETNA INSURANCE isn't worth the disrespect. No decent doctors take it and there is 0 customer service.
I am so sick and tired of the medical group they keep denying his care knowing my son is a critical special needs child and they keep denying his care this medical group is not fair or treat there patients with care at all I'm sorry but not sorry
