Customer service is terrible. Long story short, my doctor's office told me to call Sante to confirm I was part of the medical group (as assigned by Blue Shield). Person I spoke to asked for my ID number, I asked if she meant my Blue Shield number or if there was a separate Sante number. She said my Sante number, which I informed her I didn't have, so she asked for my DOB, and then stated that based on my DOB I was not a Sante group member. We really enjoyed it, everyone was nice and helpful.
