I had problems with my dryer venting and they took care of it and swept my chimney in no time. John and Justin were both very professional. They cleaned up after the job and left nothing behind! I'd recommend their services to anyone.
I had a new chimney cap fabricated and installed. Happy with the install and the price was fair.
Anyone who knows me knows I camp out by the fireplace in the winter time...I've used Santa's Friend for several years now to sweep my chimney in preparation for the fire season (and this year I got did the dryer vent cleaning too!) and I can't recommend them enough. Jim Robinson does a great job. Now is the time to give them a call - they get pretty busy once it's fire-building weather (hard to imagine right now, I know)!

Paid over $400 for cleaning and repairs...ever since my roof and chimney has leaked during moderate to heavy rains; the leak has ruined the outdoor fan on my back porch. (Update) The leaking was a result of mortar problems that became apparent after Jim fixed another issue with my chimney. Jim came back out to the house and repaired the additional problem...leak fixed! Very professional service and takes his work very serious...quality is of utmost importance.
Jim did a great job repairing chimneys and fireplaces, both gas and wood burning. He followed up 6 months later to make sure we were in good shape. And we were!
Santa's Friend did a great job cleaning out our chimney! Very professional and polite..I was expecting to have to clean up some but they cleaned up as they went and left our house spotless!!!! I am very impressed with them and would recommend them to anyone that needs their chimney inspected and cleaned!
