The best Santa experience in the world. We come from northern WV every year just to visit Santa Pat here. He was the first Santa that our daughter was not afraid of. He was patient and kind and took time to let her warm up. This year made 4 years in a row and we will continue to make our trip to gatlinburg a beautiful, favorite Christmas tradition. Thank you for keeping the magic of Christmas alive. ❤️💚❤️ My daughter just hung all 4 of her ornaments on our tree.
Great place and great atmosphere. very friendly place and workers. they have to realist looking Santa I've ever seen and he was also personalizing people's Christmas Ornaments his self. will return for hopefully what is our new family tradition Thanksgiving holiday weekend. It's a little ways from the main strip in Gatlinburg but definitely worth the drive to visit.
Wonderful gem in Gatlinburg. The Santa is AMAZING - kind, warm, patient with the children. He went the extra mile for our son who was too scared to walk up to him. Our visit to Santa’s Claus-et absolutely MADE our trip.
