Horrible. Worst customer service I have EVER seen for a doctors office. They are rude, snobby, inconsiderate, and wholly absentminded in patient centered care. They read my billing information out loud in front of a line of people after I repeatedly asked her to stop. I left in tears today with two sick children. I will NEVER return to this doctor's office and I will tell everyone I know looking for a pediatrician of this horrible pattern of experiences here.

Just had an appointment for my 1 month old daughter. Overall the knowledge level of the nurse and doctor seemed to be up to par. However, during the visit, the doctor asked if my wife and I had any firearms at home. I then stated this was none of her business. She then proceeded to give us a lecture on how it was her business because, and I quote, "When this baby gets shot that makes it her business". I have been going to this doctor since i was a baby, and i now take my two children there. i LOVE the doctors but the billing/office staff are terrible! they are rude towards the parents and never give any heads up when it comes to upcoming appts or bills being close to due. i hate to leave this place bc i know no other pediatricians, but we are moving our children elsewhere bc of the terrible staff.
Staff won't tell you about the extra charges ( at least $30) for hours not 9-5. So if you don't visit their website (that doesn't give you any information except the phone number) or haven't been to the office in the last 5 months, you won't see it coming. Customer service is not a priority, it's a business. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
We had taken our 3 month old baby here for a cold, after the doctor spent all of 2 minutes in the room he gave us a referral to have chest xrays done. Being new parents and being told the whole time during pregnancy that xrays are not good for a baby we decided to get a second opinion, which the other doctor said the same thing so we went and had them done. I'm a parent of a patient that has been going to Pediatric Care of York (Shresbury) since he was born 8 weeks premature. We had dual insurance policies and they decided that they would not bill the secondary insurance, so we switched to one health insurance, then our insurance changed this past January 2012.
