My first appointment rescheduled . That appointment was cancelled due to the stylist sick and no room that week to reschedule . I called mid week and was told the appointments were just booked . I was never given an opportunity to be put on a cancellation list . I don't know if they even have one . I finally get in and was asked by the stylist what I booked for . I thought I'd try something new for fall-- a little coloring... I chose a beautiful shade of reddish brown, and the girl who did, Cyndi, did a fantastic job. She was also very pleasant. I'll be going back!
