The customer service in this branch is the WORST there is! I have never seen where a bank treats customers with so much indifference! I was in this bank for way over an hour. No attention. No empathy. Others come and leave murmuring. The only lady at the customer service was on the phone all the time talking (supposedly dealing with a customer related issue, repeating the same thing over and over again), for over an hour? I really like Raquel. She doesn’t take advantage of me and makes sure I leave feeling taken care of. She’s the only one. Every other bank teller I have ever encountered doesn’t do a good job like her and I’ve been ripped off many times before so I know. Thank you. Update: Alvina is another great employee that works here. Very nice and helpful. Nothing but compliments.
I will be taking all my accounts and moving them to another institute.
Muhammad is the best ever there.
