The customer service in this branch is the WORST there is! I have never seen where a bank treats customers with so much indifference! I was in this bank for way over an hour. No attention. No empathy. Others come and leave murmuring. The only lady at the customer service was on the phone all the time talking (supposedly dealing with a customer related issue, repeating the same thing over and over again), for over an hour?
