Terrible service. This bank branch messed up initial documentation when i first opened an account, and years later, my relationship manager 1) had no idea my account was blocked 2) was completely unhelpful and full of attitude when I was going through the process of unblocking it. This was exacerbated by backend systems that weren’t updated and didn’t talk between departments. Take you business somewhere else please they got problems they don't know anything about customer service
This Santander branch has decent customer service and is located very close to me. However, my during most recent trips , the car service has been closed and I have to go inside. This is extremely frustrating and pointless if I’m coming to this branch because of the car service. Please do better!
