Also, they charge surprising rates over the hundreds after you pay your loan with the amount they have indicated is needed to pay off. Also they fail to notify the close status on time. Letter coming very late. They are a terrible bank. Never will recommend. They had to close branches in Puerto Rico due to the complains in inconsistencies in account balance and also issues in Boston Massachusetts for charging over the payoff... read more
