My wife and myself have been long time customers of Santander. But today was our first experience with the West Long Branch bank. We were taken back by how graciously the manager and the representative, Jamisen and Olga, treated us. . Though long time customers of Santander/Sovereign we have had little experience with seeking anything other than simply checking and perhaps a CD through banking.
