My wife and myself have been long time customers of Santander. But today was our first experience with the West Long Branch bank. We were taken back by how graciously the manager and the representative, Jamisen and Olga, treated us. . Though long time customers of Santander/Sovereign we have had little experience with seeking anything other than simply checking and perhaps a CD through banking. Concur with spouse's review. This branch helped! On her own initiative Olga, the bank representative, and then Jamisen, the bank manager, suggested they will try to get me a much better rate on my money market account, and a few days later I did obtain a much better rate. We did not have to convert accounts to Private Client which did not wish to do. And they did not press us to purchase any other products we did not wish. Also extremely nice. Wish could give them more stars.

I stopped by without an appointment because I had an issue with my online banking account. Ms. Oleas-Reino was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. She took her time and was able to resolve my issue. Very much appreciate her.
