It took me calling them 4 times before they actually picked up and the lady sounded irritated she had to pick up. Deposited a check and is taking 7 days to get it in my account. Horrible will be changing my bank.
By far the worst Santander's bank. No windows are ever open but one, no matter how many people are behind the glass. Everyone behind glass are always helping one person, don't understand why. Also, the amount of people that go into this location with stupid questions is beyond me.
Zero stars...Worst experience ever. I've been having issues with my account for a month now. They haven't given me any logical reason. The Rosemarie Guzman is rude, unprofessional, lies and doesn't do her job. I express my concerns and my account was closed by her. Please stay away and maintain your peace.
