all the tellers are foreign and mispronounce my name, also was charge completely unnecessary fees for transferring money from savings to checking. closed my account and they are still trying to get me to pay fees! horrible bank to do business with, i must have lost at least $100 alone to just fees in six months.
customer service is terrible,it took me 2 hours before I talked to a representative.There were at least 6 people waiting for help.
Extra courteous bank employees! Just moved into the area and they went out of their way to accommodate me!
Terrible bank. Their machine stole my debit card Saturday at 1:00om and bank refused to rectify the situation until Monday, depriving me of all my money for the weekend. Hard to buy groceries without access to funds.
Poor customer service everytime I come in. One teller at the counter and a line of 10+ customers. The manager is always on the phone, either personal or buisness. The assistant manager is no help. I hate this bank. The only reason why I come here is because its the closest bank near my job.
worst bank i have ever been to. I put cash in the bank then asked if i would be able to use my debit card that same day i was told yes i could then the next day i was chaged 5 over draft fees and told that cash does not go in your account the same day. They didn't offer to take the fees off of my account they just sent me to several of their managers that all told me that it was my fault. I would never recomend this bank to anyone!!
