Jeffrey chiang has been very helpful and kind while giving us service at the bank. He has always been very nice whenever we went to santander and also talked to us to explain if we have any question. He is also having very in deepth idea about functionality and process of account types.
I have been using Santander Bank for several years. This bank makes me feel welcome. I am always acknowledged with a smile and asked immediately how they can help me. It's evident that their customers are their number one priority. It makes you feel as though you are the only person being dealt with while in the bank.
