Rude Tellers, Slow Service & Shady Business Practices This branch is seriously lacking in customer service and also the tellers can be quite rude. But since I only use this account to pay the rent, I typically used the ATM to make deposits. But now I'm going to completely sever my relationship with Sovereign because it has only recently come to my attention that my account was changed from a free classic checking account and must now have a $500 minimum balance at all times.
