RACISM & DISCRIMINATION Steer clear of this branch unless you don’t mind racism, unprofessional conduct, and intimidation from its Hispanic employees. I tried to open a bank account at this location and the tellers refused to help me. I had to contact the branch manager and the employees reluctantly assisted me by deliberately entering all of my information into the system incorrectly even with it written down. The other 3 branches of Santander bank in Jersey City had extremely poor reviews, so I was skeptical. But the staff in the Monaco tower brach were ver friendly, courteous and helpful. One of the best bank staff I have ever encountered. They explained everything in detail and answered questions patiently. They even offered water and coffee which I did not expect. If anyone is willing to open an account, you can skip the other 3 branches and go to this one.
If your 4 year old child who makes a purchase, even though you have parental controls on and a child is an unauthorized user which is classified as fraud, they will make you eat that money.
Dilshan assisted me with closing on a loan today. He was extremely helpful throughout the process and an absolutely pleasure to work with. Very professional and made the process easy. I’ve received excellent professional service at this branch for almost 10 years.
Louna, Ray and Stephanie assist my office with commercial transactions on a nearly daily basis. They are absolutely excellent and great at what they do. A very professional branch.
