This banking firm in general ignores business customer complaints and is uninterested in supporting local charity events. Not impressed.
I used to love to do my banking at the branch on Union Boulevard. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The new manager woman is not kind and she quite frankly is a bit snobby and rude. She gave me a difficult time today. I simply took my transaction to another branch and received wonderful service. Thank you Santander on 8th avenue. I will be going here from now on even though it is a little further from my home.
HORRIBLE SERVICE THE LADY WHO WORKS THERE THE MANAGER OR SUPERVISOR SUPER RUDE AND NOT CARING THE LINE IS SUPER LONG THEY ALWAYS CATCH AN ATTITUDE WITH PEOPLE WHO COME IN. I'VE USED SANTANDER IN A LOT OF PLACES AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM TILL IN PENNSYVANIA THE SERVICE ISNT THE BEST.
I've been banking with Santander for about 2 years now I really do like this bank this particular branch the parking is easy in assessable there's an outside ATM the staff is very friendly and professional I've always had good experiences...
