Outstanding customer service
The sign in the window says this money changer is closed. They seem to be just another american corporation screwing over everybody they can for every penny they can. No different than verizon or walmart, or national grid, they are just plain evil. But this is where I have to go to pay the rent every month. So, this is where I will complain.
First, I would like to start by saying I usually have a good experience with this branch and aside from the call center, I have had an overall good experience with Santander. However, today when I went to this branch things were completely different. First, I walked into a bank with no customers and three tellers at the counter. I waited and got called up by a manager. I was attempting to deposit a life insurance check from a relative who passed away. The manager did not read the part of the check with my name, instead only ... read more
