I've always been greeted with a smile and pleasant attitude, everyone in there is very helpful and knowledgeable with any questions I had. I love that I bank specifically.
The manager who was there on the call was very rude when we asked her about a code to transfer money from our international account I feel customer management skills should be better than this
Every time I go into the Santander I get this older lady and she is always so nice and we always end up in these nice long conversation about Florida which is where I relocated from. there is never a line when i go always in and out.
