RecommendedI brought my mower here for repair then later realized it was still under warranty and went back to pick it up. They were very understanding and refunded the fee I had paid in advance less only a $10 service fee which was more than reasonable considering the time they spent with me on the phone and in person discussing the problems. Thank you Santana's for your professionalism!
Had an issue with two of my small engines in my pressure washing business. Needed a very quick turn around so I didn’t miss any work. They had me in and out in less than an hour and I didn’t lose any production. Highly recommend and they will definitely have my business.
You'll be the judge: I left my pressure washer in 8/22/19 as I couldn't start it. After 45 days of telling me that the part was socking in gas, etc., I went to pick it up and they told me that I could leave the pressure washer there for parts and don't pay anything and/or paying $55.00 plus tax for the time they spend checking the machine. So they charged me $60.00 as I decided to bring my Craftsman Press. Washer home. To be charged for nothing is a good thing now, I guess....
