My mother paid a deposit, but the business failed to show up this past Thursday as scheduled. When we tried calling to follow up, no one answered. We went to the store in person and spoke with Victor Flores, who told us, “Take us to court you won’t get anything.” They claim their policy is “no refunds,” yet they also refuse to make this right by completing the job.
