Con mucha pena , comparto mi mala experiencia en Santana's wigs. Al entrar fui saludada con regularidad y se me preguntó en que me ayudaban. Respondí el saludo y seguido pregunte por curiosidad si tenía puntos. Aclaro esto ya que estaba DECIDIDA a comprar unas extensiones y planeaba mi presupuesto. La chica me responde que "no ve nada" con actitud fria y si agregar nada mas ala conversacion. No entendi si se refería a los puntos o si no estaba mi número en el sistema. I lost all my hair due to chemo so I decided to come here after reading all the great reviews. The lady who helped me (think is the same one pictured in one of the reviews) was AMAZING!!!! I never felt rushed, answered all my questions and she also provided her input to help me find the perfect wig that made me feel like the old me!

I’m very pleased with the customer service they gave me. Had a variety of wigs that caught my eye. For sure I will be coming back!
