Easy in and out!
I didn't lose anything, other than frustration with online ordering. Had everything in my cart for a pallet of Solar Panels and the prices changed (higher of course) the moment I was about to hit the payment authorization, I noticed a price increase of 1200.00! This is the second time this has happend to me, and its always when there is a sale price, it seems. Lol. Needless to say, I think I'll look elsewhere.
Worked with SanTan Solar on a Warranty claim for underperforming Solar Panels. Both the Tech Department and Sales were very helpful and cooperative. Panels arrived via commercial carrier in excellent condition. Looking forward to the improved output on my 14 panel array! Thanks to David and Rusty for a job well done!
