Five stars to all the staff at this location. I met Dr Saouf and the staff about a month ago and am very pleased that I did. Dr Saouf is very knowledgeable, compassionate and understanding. She is also very easy to talk to and really listens to your concerns. At one point, I had a question regarding a health issue, so I phoned and explained it to one of the staff… in a short amount of time, Dr Saouf, picked up the phone and answered my question. Long wait times even though there are hardly any patients. Must be severely understaffed. The doctors and staff are fine once you're able to see someone.
