Definitely don’t recommend renting here unless it’s your last resort. Maitnance doesn’t do their job, but they sure are quick to charge you a maintenance fee. My lease is up in a few weeks and I had submitted a work order from 6 months ago and my oven is still broken not heating up. They are charging for amenities that are closed, summer is about to be over and the pool has yet to be opened. We're on the last month of summer and pool is still closed for the renters, we pay more than 1k a month is not fair that we're paying for this amenities that are currently closed 🤷

If I can give zero stars I would customer service with office staff upon applying has been terrible from the start very hostile aggressive unmannered upon applying it was so uncomfortable even more so in person decided not to move forward with the application and heard resident for over a month a work order being dismissed and not completed and treating that tenant horrible in front of me and other person that was about to tour..
