Aquí vivo y ya estoy esperando a que termine el contrato para salir de aquí. Todo el verano tuve problemas con el aire acondicionado y hasta la fecha sigue sin funcionar. El refrigerador tira agua, una mecha de la estufa no funciona y el baño siempre flashea solo. Tiene cobros ocultos , y la piscina nunca nunca la pudimos usar.

If you are looking for apartments and are thinking about moving here DO NOT !!!!! These apartments are a scam and are very money hungry. If you leave a deposit just know at the end of your lease they will not give it back . They find any little thing to not give it back. These apartments are expensive and are very very old. They have a smell to them that doesn’t go away . Probably from mold growing in walls . My bathroom was full of mold and can tell they would just paint over it when a new resident moved in . Definitely don’t recommend renting here unless it’s your last resort. Maitnance doesn’t do their job, but they sure are quick to charge you a maintenance fee. My lease is up in a few weeks and I had submitted a work order from 6 months ago and my oven is still broken not heating up. They are charging for amenities that are closed, summer is about to be over and the pool has yet to be opened.
