I would like to share my experience. This great team helps care for client needs. As an employee. We treat our clients as if they are our own family. Manager and supervisor and rest of staff have been nothing but friendly and professional. I recommend Santa Teresa if you ever need a loved one to be cared for . 😊
They don’t care about their patients. They allow their employees to leave their patients unattended. I know for a fact because my sister passed away on their providers watch. Why? Because she left my sister unattended . While still clocked in. Please don’t leave you loved ones under their care they are careless and neglectful.
Many providers have come to my home for a family member. They find a way to cut corners with the time keeping system and when it comes to cleaning the areas that they need to.
Amazing service ! The staff there is very helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a company that cares and helps you and your family every step of the way.
