Being seen at this clinic has been life changing! After years of being dismissed by other practitioners and told my labs were “normal” and literally having zero quality of life, due to my health issues. Maria Elena took her time to talk to me on my first visit and listen to my concerns. After only a few months she was able to get to the root cause of all my health issues! Her and her staff are truly amazing.
After months of waiting for an appointment I received a call on the day of appointment and staff informed me that they where cancelling stating that I had missed some information on the intake forms. Instead of seeing me and letting me complete the missing information in the office they canceled without any hesitation and consideration towards my health. Mariaelena was great on my first visit. However, on my second appointment I called to cancel and reschedule at 9:30 the day before my 9am appointment and was told I would be charged $75.00 for not calling 24 hrs prior. I was not feeling well and that is why I wanted to reschedule. On my defense, the day prior they were closed due to Memorial Day. I did get upset but the office manager was not very friendly.
