Definitely not the wrong clinic. KAREN did not give a callback in regards to a question I had since Monday it is now Thursday. I called this morning she gave an excuse "well im busy I work 12 hour shifts" girl that is not an excuse for you not to call a patient back. Lol that was a horrible excuse.
If I could leave a zero star review I would, no communication in that office what so ever. Had a telehealth appointment scheduled at 7:30pm I even received a confirmation email and NEVER got the call. Had an appointment at 5:20pm we arrived at 5:18 and from the beginning I advised them what type of results I was there for. At 6:20 the medical assistant comes in and lets me know that we shouldn’t even have an appointment because the results were not ready!
