They are so friendly. They actually have concern about my teeth. They are gentle with my teeth. If I need a break they will give it to me. Been going here for years, I wanna say 20+ years. :-)

I recently posted a review of my not-so-great experiences with Santa Rosa Dental. Although I posted anonymously, a day after my post I received a call from the office administrator who said that based on the description of the office visit, they suspected that I was the poster. Audrey said that she and Dr. Rice discussed my feedback and agreed that what happened to me shouldn't have happened. Had a great experience at my appointment. Dr. Rice did a great job of talking me through my options and helping me understand what's going on. I felt very comfortable with him and it was only my first time.
