Super rude. Was calling to ask if they carried a syringe because I’m in from out of town and forgot to bring one. Lady on the phone cut me off after I said “I was wondering if y’all carried.” Literally didn’t even let me ask the question. I told her kindly that it was rather rude of her to not even hear the sentence. She literally had no idea what I was asking. So rude. Called to find out if they had a medication that I needed and immediately told me, without asking me what medication I needed, that they didn’t have anything I needed. It was just rude and unprofessional the way that it was handled to the very end of the call. Needs to learn some people skills.

Got the pleasure of meeting the COO. I am on vacation and brought the wrong vile of my medication and texted my doctor who is on vacation who sent it in. I called to confirm they got it and they said they did and would text me! However 4 hours later and no text. So I drove there and they said they needed extra info that I could provide. However, they wanted my doctor to call them to confirm what I already knew the answer to. So I have to bother my doctor who already did me a favor again.
