So rude. Called to find out if they had a medication that I needed and immediately told me, without asking me what medication I needed, that they didn’t have anything I needed. It was just rude and unprofessional the way that it was handled to the very end of the call. Needs to learn some people skills.
Got the pleasure of meeting the COO. I am on vacation and brought the wrong vile of my medication and texted my doctor who is on vacation who sent it in. I called to confirm they got it and they said they did and would text me! However 4 hours later and no text. So I drove there and they said they needed extra info that I could provide. However, they wanted my doctor to call them to confirm what I already knew the answer to. So I have to bother my doctor who already did me a favor again. THIS IS A SPECIALTY PHARMACY ONLY. IF YOU NEED REGULAR PRESCRIPTIONS, YOU NEED TO FILL ELSEWHERE
Not a regular retail pharmacy. I just needed some eye drops but you have to ring a bell and there’s no merchandise. The woman that came to the door directed me to Publix. Very odd.
Just fyi - This is not a public/walk in pharmacy. You have to ring a bell to be let in and they dont have anything over the counter. The pictures online are NOT this pharmacy.
