I had a very unfortunate experience at SR memorial hospital. I was transported by the paramedics with excruciating abdominal pain and passed out twice. I was in the ER for 6 hrs. The doctor on duty spoke briefly to me and ordered blood work, CT scan. No physical contact, the doctor never examined me. When CT scan report he came back to give me results, was distracted left my room and said I’ll be back to explain treatment. He never returned to finish explaining my condition. BEWARE OF ER DOCTOR MATHEW THOMAS !! WORSF DOCTOR ON THUZ HOSPITAL BAR NONE I CAME IN TO THIS HOSPITAL with a drug overdose as I relapsed and cock sucker did NOTHING I MEEN NOTHING ME HELP ME IN ANY shape or form, no fluids, no medicine no nothing, I was in bad shape needing fluids and medicine and he did nothing , he should be fired and have his medical license revolked

It has the best Medical care in Northern Cali. The sickest most unstable patients go there to be saved.

Dr. Kurtis Birch, neurosurgeon has an awesome bedside manner and really great surgeon. My dad had a brain biopsy, and was very thorough and patient explaining the pros and cons. We had to do a conference call since my brothers and I don't all live in the same town. He had to explain it 4 times, and was very patient and understanding. With Covid happening he gave me his personal cell phone number to call every day while my dad was in the hospital, to help me gain access to him.
Yesterday my brother has taken to Petaluma valley hospital due to having and bleed out. He lost a lot of blood. They were going to transfer him to Sutter hospital last night but they were full. And then this morning my little brother was taken into memorial and they stuck him in the Covid-19 ward due to lack of beds. This isn’t putting a compromised person in a compromised position I don’t know what the hell is. I had my dad very sick and brought him to the emergency room it took them 4 hours to see him he was feeling very weak and dizzy high blood pressure and nobody seemed to care is this what you call emergency room? Wow 😳
