I was greeted by a pleasant young lady. The wait in the waiting room was not long: the young lady who took me to the hospital was exam room was friendly and professional. The wait for the NP was a bit long but I was kept informed. The NP gregarious and professional. She quickly diagnosed my problem and gave described next steps. I felt treated well, like family.
