Very efficient no long waits to be seen
I wish I could leave 0 stars. Not friendly, you have to complete ALL paperwork before showing up to your appointment or they have to reschedule you. The place was empty and there's probably a reason why. Absolutely ridiculous!
They have the worst customer service when you call to book an appointment. I was on call for over 15 minutes before rep told me there were no appointments today. I felt like I was inconveniencing her by calling!
I received caring service and wish the student who was present during my session the best of adventures as she pursue a degree in medicine.
Thank you so much to Santa Rosa Medical Group for the outstanding care and support. Danielle and Monica were incredibly helpful and took the time to listen to everything I was going through. They even followed up with me after hours, which meant so much. As a new patient, I was able to get in quickly, and the entire appointment was efficient, professional, and completely stress-free. I’m very grateful for their kindness and exceptional service.
