Hinks was very approachable and understanding. She listens to what her patients say & responds appropriately. I felt comfortable talking to her
This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a doctor’s appointments. Jen was extremely rude from giving me blank stares, asking me rhetorical questions, and failing to ensure my insurance was sorted out before arrival. Ultimately I ended up nicely letting her know that her attitude was terrible & that I would be taking my business elsewhere!
Excellent experience with care and compassion from both Dr. Hinks and her nurse practitioner, Virginia Glass. Both professionals took time to listen to me and have me on a journey now to better health! So thankful I was recommended to them! Their staff is also very helpful and friendly!
