Shannan Ward and Dr Sultan get FIVE stars, but her medical assistant is combative and abrupt. Doctors and mid-level practioners are only as good as their staff. Phone calls are miserable, especially concerning meds requiring prior authorizations (most migraine meds do) and/or specialty pharmacies, the assistant is unhelpful and goes out of her way to make things difficult. I will endure her "power trips" since I adore Shannan, but I don't know how the medical assistant stays employed.
Very nice office , desk Lady was very nice and polite. Dr. Shannon is thuro and very nice , listens to you and gets stuff done. Highly recommend.
