I waited days for them to send a referral (even though I have ppo insurance and it's not required) after they said I didn't have a uti and to see this specialist. Well Long story short they never sent it... or the specialist said they never got it! Whatever happened I do not know but I couldn't wait any longer for them to figure it out and went to the emergency room where they confirmed I had a bladder infection so bad it had reached my kidneys! I called to get an appointment because I am sick and do not feel like driving. This place is u the road 5 minutes. They made an appointment then turned and left voicemail to say it cancelled to go to my doctor or to urgent care. I have excellent insurance so I do not recommend this place that would do this to a sick 62 year old woman with no one available to drive me to another doctors office or urgent care. Really shows how they treat people.

Virtual assistant is junk and an absolute waste considering the employees at front desk weren't doing anything and could be answering phones. Had to take off early from work to try and get in to make an appointment since I left messages and never got a call back only to find out they can't see me for almost a month to renew a prescription. Wont he back to this doctors office.

What a great office. New, clean and hired actual doctors. Karen was amazing and very friendly. Thank you! I hope anyone with Ascension learns about this location and makes the switch like I did. There still is great heathcare out there. This place is it!

Hours of operation are not correct. It’s been twice now that I have showed up for urgent care and they have been closed before 5:45PM without any notes on the door or hours of operation on the door. I called the operator and they too were confused why no one was there since they also showed them closing at 7:30PM.
