Virtual assistant is junk and an absolute waste considering the employees at front desk weren't doing anything and could be answering phones. Had to take off early from work to try and get in to make an appointment since I left messages and never got a call back only to find out they can't see me for almost a month to renew a prescription. Wont he back to this doctors office.

What a great office. New, clean and hired actual doctors. Karen was amazing and very friendly. Thank you! I hope anyone with Ascension learns about this location and makes the switch like I did. There still is great heathcare out there. This place is it!

Hours of operation are not correct. It’s been twice now that I have showed up for urgent care and they have been closed before 5:45PM without any notes on the door or hours of operation on the door. I called the operator and they too were confused why no one was there since they also showed them closing at 7:30PM.

I’ve seen Melanie twice and she has been wonderful. However this last time I was seen for a sinus infection and given medication, a week later my symptoms were still around and getting worse. I reached out to her office several times and didn’t hear back from her office for SIX days. Jamie who responded to me sent the message in all CAPS - very unprofessional. While waiting for a response I went to urgent care because my symptoms took a turn for the worse. Urgent care ended up sending me to the ER. My ER visit could’ve been ... read more

I have had multiple problems with this place on several occasions. It's almost impossible to see a Dr or Np here. The staff near have no clue what is going on, they are rude and very uninformed, full of excuses and uncooperative. The call center is a joke.
