I made an appointment so I wouldn't have to wait as long as a walk-in. However I was still treated as a walk-in and waited over two hours to be seen. I asked the receptionist for a urine cup since I knew they would need a sample. After I gave the receptionist the sample and went to wash my hands, I returned to the waiting room to find the receptionist handling my sample at the window with the lid off. The receptionist like to play games should all be fired. Make sure you have recording going. And the doctors are allowing them to represent them and will be reported to the state soon as i have an extra minute of time on my hands I promise because this is no way to act serving this community. Appointments are months out and the NPs need to be replaced fast as well

Receptionist was rude and unprofessional. I was given an attitude immediately along with others that were coming in to be seen. I would not recommend this office to anyone. The level of unprofessionalism in this office from not only the front desk but also the RNs is not okay. We decided to not even be seen by the physician and to go somewhere else.

I had called the office to speak to someone at the front desk about a shadowing program for nursing, with out saying a single word. This woman hung up in my face with no prior acknowledgment of my question’s didn’t Even even let me finish my question just straight up, hung up in my face, completely unprofessional and rude

Traveling west on I-10 and needed a clinic together with my wife. Amazingly smooth process for new patients to the clinic. Monica and Bailey were fantastic. So glad we chose Santa Rosa Medical.
