I made an appointment so I wouldn't have to wait as long as a walk-in. However I was still treated as a walk-in and waited over two hours to be seen. I asked the receptionist for a urine cup since I knew they would need a sample. After I gave the receptionist the sample and went to wash my hands, I returned to the waiting room to find the receptionist handling my sample at the window with the lid off. The receptionist like to play games should all be fired. Make sure you have recording going. And the doctors are allowing them to represent them and will be reported to the state soon as i have an extra minute of time on my hands I promise because this is no way to act serving this community. Appointments are months out and the NPs need to be replaced fast as well

I have never been more irritated with an office in my life. They referred me to a doctor that is no longer operating and when you call the number you are met with a recording that says just that. Obviously I requested a new referral and that was evidently a major situation because it took an entire month to get this with a lot of confusion taking place during that month. I called numerous times and was told at one point that they tried to call the doctor's office they had referred me to and were unable to get an answer.... p... read more

Today I had a 1:15 appointment with Dr. Edwin Taylor at Santa Rosa Medical Group - Family Medicine - Avalon to be seen as a new patient. My appointment there was made a couple of months ago. The practice requests you to be there 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment, I arrived at 12:30 45 minutes so I could fill out any and all necessary paperwork.
