Tried to get into 3 other pulmonary docs but none had new patient slots for 3 months. I got in here within 3 weeks. Seems like a really nice guy and office staff was easy to talk to.

Why call immediately to make an appointment for tests but after the tests are complete, you call the next day and make the follow-up appointment to review the test 7 WEEKS later? DOES THAT MAKE SENSE? Doctors in the panhandle are so disappointing!!

I went in today after waking up with my entire face swollen and severe tooth pain. After sitting in the lobby for over two hours and then in an exam room for another 2 hours (and having to call in the nurse to remind her I exsisted) the P.A. finally came in and looked at me for a total of about 5 min. I was given meds and sent home without any labs done and a very sorry excuse for an exam. Worst experience ever.

Wish there was a button to say needs to be closed this hospital has not a care in the world for there patience or the patience family most of the staff have no respect for anyone they do not care at all I don't see how this hospital stays open I can't explain all the details of what I went through at this place and I'm going to do all I can to make sure this will not happen to anyone else

I went to the ER with complaints of a heart attack. I was told that is was just congestion in my lungs and released. The pain got worse so I went back 3 days later same thing. Then after another 4 days my chest was really bad so I went back screaming that I must be having a heart attack. After waiting 4 hours the doctor comes in and says sir it looks like you had a heart attack about a week ago. I said really you mean the first time I came in. They wanted to admit me I left.

Bar none this is the worst, most inept and unorganized hospital I have ever stepped foot into. Came in just for labs. One of the labs ordered was a 24-hour urine. Came back the next day to just to drop off said urine. Had to register AGAIN. They tried to collect co-pay AGAIN, but I refused. I have worked in the medical field for more that 25 years and know that is a no no. In the end it took almost an hour just to drop off the specimen. An HOUR! What a joke.

I was admitted through ER with symptoms of TIA. I can honestly say I have NEVER had better care anywhere. They were very attentive and listened to my concerns. They did a very good workup to find out the cause of my TIA. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone.

I wish I had left my other doctor years ago! I was waiting weeks and months for an appointment! My wife called around and I got in the same day at Dr. Benson's office! He is my new ENT! A+++
