Today I had a 1:15 appointment with Dr. Edwin Taylor at Santa Rosa Medical Group - Family Medicine - Avalon to be seen as a new patient. My appointment there was made a couple of months ago. The practice requests you to be there 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment, I arrived at 12:30 45 minutes so I could fill out any and all necessary paperwork. Receptionist was rude and unprofessional. I was given an attitude immediately along with others that were coming in to be seen. I would not recommend this office to anyone. The level of unprofessionalism in this office from not only the front desk but also the RNs is not okay. We decided to not even be seen by the physician and to go somewhere else.

I had called the office to speak to someone at the front desk about a shadowing program for nursing, with out saying a single word. This woman hung up in my face with no prior acknowledgment of my question’s didn’t Even even let me finish my question just straight up, hung up in my face, completely unprofessional and rude

Piece of metal stuck in my eye. Driving a borrowed vehicle. Busy traffic. Serious pain. Tried to call urgent care and after 4 minutes of listening to automated prompts went to ER. Your system is not designed to help. Your methods are counterproductive, your automated system cannot be dealt with under these conditions. Very lucky you're not the only establishment that takes my insurance

Because of the warm, welcoming, & professional experience I had with the women with personalities of a rattlesnake at both front windows, I give one star. It's a shame, Dr. Taylor deserves better than them. Needless to say, I'll not ever return.
