Very rude! Amazing Doctor’s if you can get past the new old lady at the front desk! Berta is the nicest person in the entire building! 7/22/25 2pm refused me to be seen, without being aware of my medical conditions completely! Literally have to find another doctor and go through a new patient process months out because she ruined my chances to see my doctor that knows my medical history & has been trying to figure out my pain for months,& just like that I can’t see my doctor because of KAREN !
