I greatly appreciate the high degree of professionalism and technical expertise shown by Dr. Gray and his staff. Two comments: (1) Having been told that I might need a root canal, I would have been more at ease if I were told as soon as possible when determined that none was needed. (2) I had to wait about 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time before I was taken in. I was simply told that the chair was being prepared.
