I completely agree with the recent review regarding Santa Rosa Garden Apartments. Tenants children run a muck and wander aimlessly about the grounds, destroying any/all property in their paths. Current management is oblivious to these actions and seems to turn the other cheek when confronted. The lack of concern by the management with specific detail to tenants right to privacy and enjoyment of their living environment is more than apparent.
