I now understand why people record everything & I truly WISH the lobby had a camera showing how the front desk associate mishandled this. We’ve been patients for at least 3 years. No issues until two days ago & was compounded by Dr. Quinlan's actions today. They called me the day prior and switched my appointment from 1 PM to 9:20 AM. Worked much better for me. Dr. Ethan looked at my tooth, explained what needed to be done and took care of me in 45 minutes. The entire process was quick and the dental work was painless even when he replaced the filling.
