I was greeted nicely by Catherine. She helped check to see if my insurance would cover my cleaning. I had my teeth cleaned very well by the hygienist. She is both friendly and professional. She also took Images and that went well. Dr Rice did an evaluation. He explained his findings well and to ease my worries renamed my procedure root cleansing....perfect. The office manager explained the costs of the procedure. She did well to explain everything and made me comfortable with it all. She was just excellent. I need to learn... read more
Awesome! Are you kidding me? I lost a filling and the tooth was exposed.. Santa Rosa dental fit me in and took care of it right away. Excellent work as well as a fun time. No pain.
Every thing was good.
Hygienist was professional and efficient.
I chose Dr Rice because he was highly rated by the AAID. He was very thorough in explaining the procedure and patiently answered all my questions. I never felt rushed or pressured and left feeling very confident in his skill and knowledge.
Dr Rice and his team are amazing!!
