Walked in at 430pm for a Sports Physical and they couldn't help because they close at 5pm. The lobby was empty by the way.
If you have the Curative Health Plan that is PPO+ PPO or HMO stay far away from here they are of no help and will not accept your insurance or your ZERO CARD worst customer service and no reason to help you might as well chop my leg off and sew it yourself. Got to eat rocks for the drive.
