The paperwork is a ton, it’s like a 30-50 page booklet. They move fast. I was in and still filling my paperwork and then with the doc still filling the papers but the doc, Samuel, seems legit and like he really cares about my health. He talked to me respectfully and with professionalism the staff is also friendly. No doubts about what needed to be done on my part and theirs.

Walked in at 430pm for a Sports Physical and they couldn't help because they close at 5pm. The lobby was empty by the way.
If you have the Curative Health Plan that is PPO+ PPO or HMO stay far away from here they are of no help and will not accept your insurance or your ZERO CARD worst customer service and no reason to help you might as well chop my leg off and sew it yourself. Got to eat rocks for the drive.
