I had a company double charge me which lead to my account becoming overdrafted along with being out of work due to covid 19 and all my Bill's coming out created an overdraft fee of 27.50. They charged me 11 times for the overdraft fee!!!! That is over 300 dollars!! I've been hit hard by the covid 19 epidemic financially and called nancy today to see about waiving them. Great personal service at the Midway Branch that you can only receive from a hometown bank!!! Our out of state vehicle purchase was made simple by Nancy Hayes! Even the dealership was impressed, stating their part was made much easier with Mrs. Hayes’ documentation... they had never received such from other banks.
Absolutely wonderful staff here at SRC FCU!! I recommend them all day long!
The worse credit union I have ever dealt with, their customer service is awful.
Friendly and professional with all the big bank services but with a warm and personal manner. Banking the way it should be everywhere, but only found at SRC.
Will never bank anywhere else. Regular banks are for people who want to throw away their money.
